Some jobs not visible?

I'm not sure if this is a permissions problem, but I don't think so....

User A creates a job (under Management)...User A can see all jobs they created, but cannot see jobs that User B created....likewise, user B cannot see the jobs that user A created....

How do I make it so all jobs are visible to all users?
